If there was every a time I could kick myself it was 10 or so years ago; walking up Buchanan Street in Glasgow, Scotland, Joe Walsh walked past me with a friend. I thought it must be a lookalike, then, too far past him when realising; IT WAS ACTUALLY HIM. The hands in the jeans I recall, with that quality tan leather jacket, with the unmistakable blonde locks; he sure stood out in the crowd, Cool Dude indeed. Glad to see him looking so healthy and happy. If only I'd looked closer that day, I could have beamed him a radiant smile for the fabulous memories he and the band have given me over the years.
Thanks JOE
Ah, you were that close, Ol'29! Welcome to The Border!

And I dream I'm on vacation 'Cause I like the way that sounds,
It's a perfect occupation for me.
Welcome Ol'29! Cool story - wish you had stopped him!
Re: Joe's Twitter.... oh my gosh, even if you hate social media, you should join Twitter just to see what he tweets. He doesn't tweet often, but when he does, it is made of awesome!

Love that guy.
Just saw this on FB! Joe sure is looking good!
I get nervous about rock stars flying in small planes like that.
