    This is the first free time I've had at my computer for three weeks.

    EF, it's great to hear from you and that you are starting to feel better.

    All of you who have been going through tough times with friends and relatives will be in my thoughts. Although I can't post much, I still spend a lot of time thinking about my friends here.

    A good day today--It is Larry and I's 21st wedding anniversary! Can you believe he's put up with me that long? Not much planned but dinner with friends tonight.

    Thanks everyone! Ticky-that's cute!

    We were suppose to go out for a nice dinner with friends tonight but I'm beginning to wonder if that will happen. Katie just got sent home from school with flu like symptoms. She started the cough last night and didn't look real good this morning but didn't say much. I guess her homeroom teacher asked her if she was feeling well because she "looked paler than usual". My daughter is a red head with very light porcelain skin so if she indeed looked paler-then we have a problem. There were 14 kids in the nurses office when they sent her down and that was only an hour after school started. The absenteeism yesterday was at 28% and that doesn't include the kids that went home the rest of the day. I hear the magic # is 30% and they shutdown the school. Oh Boy!!!
