My brother just sent me the Amy Winehouse CD 'Back to Black' and, to my amazement, I LOVE IT I would never of bought this CD. The only song I vaguely know of hers is 'Rehab'. I'm loving her strange voice and really like a lot of the songs, especially 'Valerie'. What a shame she is such a mess

tbsf, I quite like 'Valerie' as well, although I preferred the original version by the Zutons. There's no doubt she has an impressive voice. I just hope she can sort herself out before it's too late.

I watched the YouTube video - it reminds me of the last scene from the movie The Rose starring Bette Midler. I just hope she doesn't wind up like that movie's title character.

I saw that clip earlier on a chat show. Very, very sad. I truly hope she manages to kick this thing and get well - however long it takes. She is so talented.
