His name is Tommy Heffernan, and I really wish this picture was missing the helmet. There was a shot of him sitting on the sidelines at Saturday's game, and I finally got a good look at him with the hair and had to pick my jaw up off the floor. I think I was squealing and saying "ohhhh myyy, it's a Baby Glenn!!"
