My apologies if this has been discussed before, but is it fairly likely that any videos taken of this show will be swiftly deleted by the Don H copyright police? I would like to see how Deacon does and the songs that he gets to sing

Make that the Azoff copyright police and you could be right (after all he represents all of the artists who are performing). Look early and often before they go.
However, if this new version of the band sounds good, it might be in their interests to get some good quality videos out to help build demand for further shows.
If they are true to form, and I imagine they will be, videos will not stay up for long.
It is not Azoff who insists on video removal. He also represents Fleetwood Mac, and Fleetwood Mac audience videos can easily be found on YouTube.
Many artists have found YouTube to be beneficial, but the artist here is quite adamant that his work not be on the site, not even cover versions. Of course, he is perfectly within his rights.
Still, some would find a rigid stance on YouTube more deserving of the description "foolish consistency" than other unchanging stances it has been applied to.
Youtube is sort of a funny animal. All of Don Henley's albums are available to listen to on youtube, as are Glenn's.
Why is that ok with him, but not concert footage? Is it a quality issue more than financial? Does he get royalties from the record labels for having all the albums on there?
I know how Don has always been about you tube - makes no sense as so may new people could discover and enjoy his music. He seems to be one of the few who feel this way. Did Glenn share his views about this or was it
just Don ? I only seem to remember Don going off on you tube.
However, if there is a way to make money by filming and selling a DVD of the concerts Don and Irving will figure it out. Yeah, I know he said they would not film it. But, he also said they would never play again.

I can only advise that if you get a chance to record something, take it! Don't expect to get another opportunity. I suppose by flogging the shows to Sirius, Irving will have also invested in Sirius's well oiled practices for keeping their exclusive stuff off YouTube, presuming they have one
I'm really hoping to see and/or hear some decent footage of the shows but I'm expecting nothing more than text, photo and crappy audience clips.
Hi Funk - Happy Saturday !
As I do not subscribe to Sirius Radio I do not know anything about their practice/attitude towards you tube. Funk question - don't you think if Irving can make money from a dvd of the concerts he would film them. He is after all, all about the money. Just asking as you know more about this than me.
Thanks for asking NKIT, I don't think I know more than anybody else. I'm sure any media organisation that makes money through subscriptions, such as Sirius Radio, will be very determined to keep their material off, free access, sites like YouTube.
I disagree that Irving is all about the money. He wants to do a good job for his artists but making them as much money as possible comes into that.
As the Classic shows include 6 acts, I really don't know if they'll want to put an official DVD together. Surely it would only include edited highlights of the acts rather than full sets. All the shows are filmed for the big screens at the venue. I expect that the resulting content will be archived rather than destroyed or released to the public.
I can't think of a reason why they'd release a DVD but it's feasible that there is one. Irving's acts would be very displeased with him if his own personal gain was ever a motivation.
I'm not sure if I'd buy a Classic DVD unless it was pretty cheap.
From the few YouTube clips I've seen, The Eagles sounded great and Deacon did a wonderful job. Vince seemed to be a little marginalized.
I'm yet to see or hear Bob Seger doing Heartache Tonight. Steuart was on stage. Bernie wasn't in attendance but there are rumours that Randy was in the audience until he was escorted back stage.
