The amazon.co.UK page appears to offer the album for preorder.

I can only see it available as an MP3 download.

I also want a CD. I'll probably go to Tim's site unless a CD is available in the UK.

EDIT: I can't buy it from Tim's site. It won't let me create an account.

I managed to create an account OK, but then had trouble with ordering. Left it a few days, and the order has just gone through without any problems.

I live in the UK and ordered from Tim's website as I wanted a cd and not MP3.
Postage is not too bad.

As long as you make sure you click the economy option. Otherwise it's $99.
