I'd like to give out an assignment. I want a history of the patched jeans. If you can put the photos in chronological order, all the better. Let's see his mother's handiwork.

MMMM Glenn, his hands, and his pants!! Okay mind in the gutter!! Whenever I see this picture, the first place I look is at Glenn's hands! I haven't seen that picture in the longest time!! LOL UTW!!
You came along and changed my life Glenn!!
I guess it's nice to try to bring some levity to this thread, but speaking for myself, the last place my mind is right now is in the gutter. Still .

Sorry, Dreamer. Recently, I saw something about him sending his jeans home to his mother to be patched and I thought I'd like to see if the progression of patches could be seen over time.
UtW, I like the idea, but I don't have time since I'm at work to look in to this patched jeans assignment!

Sounds like a cool idea, I remember hearing each patch represented a past relationship not sure if thats apocryphal. But love these photos I think they were promotional for On the Border but thought of printing one of them and have them as a poster because I love the original four and that whole country rock vibe

No - I'm sorry UTW. I should have made myself clearer. I think your idea is very cute, but like Brooke, I don't really have time to work on it. But, please, those of you who can ... go for it!

Here's something that may help with this, UTW. The first pair of patchwork jeans that I can remember seeing are the brown jeans that Glenn's wearing in the old clips of he and Don performing with Linda Ronstadt. I know there are some screenshots of them somewhere on the board, but I couldn't find any by doing a quick search. But, I can tell you, I believe those brown jeans are the ones on display in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame exhibit as is his sparkly silver belt.
