It's not a toughie for me. The Rolling Stones by a country mile.

Blind Faith. I took a listen of both of the albums and I liked the songs from Blind Faith more. I liked the guitar better from Blind Faith too.

California Dreaming - it's a classic song and the only one by the Mamas and Papas that I really like. By contrast I've never really got the love for California Girls (I can't get past the lyrics) and there's several Beach Boys songs I prefer to it.

Neither, but at least I have heard of Scorpions so I will say them.

What is Life. I've always liked that song more, and it doesn't have any dodgy copyright infringement problems. (Though I agree with John Lennon that it must have been unconscious plagiarism as otherwise Harrison would have changed the song enough to avoid it.)

Bee Gees: Barry, Robin, or Maurice? - no saying 'all of them', that would be cheating.

Barry, but I loved Maurice. He didn't get to sing nearly as many songs as he should have & he was a very talented man.

Same lines: Crosby, Stills, Nash OR Young? Again, only one choice please.

Neil Young, for sure! Personally I would have found it more challenging to pick one from the other three - there's nothing wrong with the question (quite the opposite), as Neil is easily my favourite. If asked to pick one of the other three, I'd have to think about it a bit.
