Reading with interest, shun! Thank you!
Michael says. What fuel your passion to keep making music.
Its just something I have to do. Helps me out of the psychiarist office. I missed the rest of his answers. Don is still his worse critic. He knows his best work is still ahead of him.
Ms. Valentine(I didn't get her first name). What other memorable sing is your favorite (or something like that). Talking to The Moon. He wrote Talking To The Moon in the 60s. He started to writing the song, but couldn't finished it. He played Talking To the Moon to JD. He had some verses, refrain and chorus. JD had another song. It took all night to work on the song and it finally hit them at 5:00am. He wrote half of The End Of The Innocence. Bruce Hornsby had half of that song. Don wrote the rest of the song while driving.
The Heart Of The Matter: Mike Campbell had the music I guess to the song and Don took the music home to write the song.
Bob had Last Worthless Evening at his wedding Don had the chords for this song.
He says we're going back to the old days. Don sings The Boys Of Summer.
I was thinking about what Don said yesterday about he had to drop the key to The Boys Of Summer. I know it doesn't sound the same from the 80s, but he still sings those high notes on I Can See You.
Theresa: What's next?
Touring. He said it will be soo great to not play Eagles songs since he's been doing it for 2 years with the Eagles tour. He says he's going to make more albums after Cass County. He's not done yet and tells Bob he's not either. He tells the people who coming up on their late 60s. Its ok. There's life after 65. Its ok.
Where I Am Now. I love this song.
That's it. Its over. It was interesting. Don sounded very comfortable during this interview.
I listened to bits and pieces (had to keep checking out my Cardinals game!) and thought it was very interesting. I kind of wondered why Bob was there at first cause he didn't say much, but there was more conversation later.
I got it through my Dish subscription, but the sound was terrible. It sounded like they were outside and it was windy! How was yours, shun? Just curious. Thanks for your summary! Great job!
"They will never forget you 'till somebody new comes along"
1948-2016 Gone but not forgotten
I found these encore times for those that didn't get to hear this, yet. Also, it is on my dish TV provider, and I didn't even know it! I have it set to record, now.
