I do watch some tv- probably much more than I should!

My favorite show is The Blacklist- A previous poster mentioned it can be gruesome and sometimes it is- but its well done for a network show.

    I also watch:

    Bluebloods- love the family dinners
    Big Bang Theory
    NCIS
    Bones
    White Collar
    Covert Affairs
    Rizzoli and Isles
    Royal Pains

The last 4 are cable network shows that are on sporadically through the year.

We tend to record the shows on the DVR and watch them on Saturday Morning or Sunday night.

I also watch the local and national news-

I have several friends who love it. I've put it in my Netflix queue but haven't gotten around to it yet. I plan on it, though!

Let me know what you think of it. It can be a little off-color at times (which doesn't bother me) but is a great parody of a certain type of culture.

Me too. In the UK, it comes on between The Good Wife and Southland. Three good shows in a row. Have to tape them as we're usually out Thursday nights.

We have been watching Les Revenants (The Returned), the French 'resurrection' drama which the makers of the US series Resurrection deny they based it on. I recommend it. It gives me a chance to hear colloquial French as opposed to the formal language I studied in high school. The acting is great & the scenery (in the Alps) magnificent.

Totally agree. Spoiler alert ... in tiny type that follows.

The ending is a little disappointing.

I've rarely looked forward to a show so much. Complete escapism and there's usually some good music too. I was surprised to learn that Gunnar is played by a British guy from Kent. I had no idea. Can Americans tell?
