I am just home from gym, I forgot to set the alarm!
Looking at HFO video is a plan!
I don't go to the gym often enough, but always feel great after!!

I went to the gym yesterday but I should go more often. Now I'm having a middle of the night -meal.

I am picking out a class that i can go to, and pretending to myself that i am meeting a friend there. So far so good. I hope that you find something that works for you. Its not easy, but can be done!

Yes, you hate the anticipation of the gym but once the workout is done you feel great. Caroline, thats a great motivationally technique. You wouldn't let a friend down, so why the gym....?

Reading the Wall Street Journal. I just read Irving Azoff is, I'm not sure if suing is the correct word, or he wants to pull all his client's music off of You Tube. He stated that they didn't get a license to put the music on the site. Not sure how I feel about this.
