Thanks GA and Lacken for your kind wishes. It's definitely been a struggle but hopefully things will kick in soon.
So sorry to hear your mum is still in hospital, Lacken, what a nightmare. It's nearly worse for the visitors than the patient 'cos it's so tiring visiting every evening.
Saw from your photos on FB, GA that you had a great time in Galway. I'm planing a trip there myself soon - great 'arty' place!!!

What a dayDidn't sleep well last night, then one of those days at work where everyone had a question and everyone wanted something. The ENT doctor I was to see yesterday cancelled my appointment, and I didn't have a spare moment today to call and complain, and my voice is still hoarse. Then, my mother texted me that her car needs major, major repairs and she can't drive it as it won't pass inspection. She doesn't have the money for the repairs or a new car, so I guess I'll be forking over money for that. Fortunately, my sister will take care of actually getting her a new car, I don't have to drive there. Now, just as the Pirates lost their ballgame tonight, I hit 'Submit' on my taxes and paid a major portion of my Eagles Ticket Fund to the IRS.
It's all good, at least I have the $$, my voice is slightly better, and I can catch up on my sleep tonight! As Joe says, life's been good to me so far...

VA - Best wishes. Hang in there! Sorry to hear about the cancelled appt. I go to mine in May. I can't wait - I had another sinus infection this week. Something has to be done. I hope they get you in sooner rather than later!

Other than the above mentioned sinus troubles things seem solid here at the moment. Lots of appts but nothing I'm not used to. No upcoming travels I'm aware of yet. I'm playing an event in June which is exciting.
