My life seems to be pretty boring these days. Work, go home, cook, eat, back to meeting at work, home, sleep. Do it all again!

Oops, ETA: I just got Sirius radio hooked back up in my car yesterday! Got a great offer in the mail of 5 months for $20 and cancel anytime, so I decided to go for it! But, it took them 5 days of back and forth phone calls to get it programmed in to my car! Much surprise when I went home from work yesterday and it came on! And they gave me a $14.00 credit for all the hassle!

I really do like SiriusXM!! I would be happier if I got the hockey and baseball games in my truck, but I have the internet subscription as well, so I play it on my phone and through the Bluetooth to hear while driving. It's getting to be about time for me to send them yet another email asking why they don't have an Eagles channel...

I think what happened to VA's mom is really annoyingly typical in the health care system. One good example of this issue is people who get blood/fat clot in their brain and have a seizure. Then doctors push for treatment that dilutes the clot but quite often cause a brain haemorrage. Thus the patient ends up with an even bigger problem.
It's just sad how difficult it is to find a balance in treatment especially with elderly people who usually have multiple health issues.

Tomorrow will be one full week post op, I go Friday for my 1 week checkup.

I'm feeling a little better each day and I have a feeling by the weekend I'll be close to back to normal.

Nope, I'm glad it wasn't! Scary operating on my only good eye.

Today I got a great report, clear to go to Florida next weekend and I go back in one month.

BTW, Austin, if you ever dig out your SXM information, when you get the internet account going, it means you can get the SXM app and listen to it on your phones and tablets.

Dreamer, did you feel the earthquake this morning? I'm guessing no one near where I used to live felt it, since no one posted about it on Facebook. 2.8 is a little one, but still enough to make you wonder if you're imagining things...
