    I don't know where else I can post this and I know Eagles group pics normally go in the Eagles Hotness thread but I just can't bring myself to ever post in that thread. It just ain't right.

    So I thought I'd post it here.

    It is a pic I'd never seen before of Joe Walsh and Don Felder that is in the new Eagles book (Taking It To The Limit). I scanned it from the book directly. It's probably my favorite picture of the two to be honest because they both are playing Les Paul Bursts.



    I love this pic - I wish I could somehow get it made into a poster.

    Great photo, Austin! Don's expression and where he's looking (at Joe's fingers) suggests that he has forgotten the chords and is cribbing off Joe!

    Maybe they're feeding off/trying to outdo each other . It's a great photo.

    That's exactly what it is! It does look as if Felder is studying Joe, so I could see why someone could think that but indeed they did that all the time. That's why they were such an awesome duo. I miss that. They had a lot of musical chemistry together and really brought out the best in each other and pushed each other. That is why they are my favorite guitarists, with Joe being my hero.

    WF, I think it's hilarious that you don't want to post in the Eagles Hotness thread. But I have to admit, if I was a guy I'd probably have a problem with it too! Lol!

    It just isn't right, LOL... I would feel mighty awkward posting there... I have a hard enough time posting Timothy's pics in his thread titled "Schmit Sexiness". That took me a while to just be comfortable posting pics in there!

    I took Rosalind to the new Hard Rock Cafe in Sydney yesterday. It's pretty unpreposessing from the outside, but spacious inside.
