    I'm sorry too, Fred. We had a cat that died of cancer -they did all they could for him, but it was his time to go. Please accept my condolences.

    Fred, unfortunately, Golden Retrievers are one of the breeds most prone to cancer. Just keep him happy and be sure to enjoy him for the time he has remaining. He sure looks like a great dog!

    My cousin just sent this to me. I hadn't seen it before. It's about 3 years old but I love it (I think Sarah had been eating spagettios) I know the date from the camera says 98, but that's wrong. Sarah was born in '03 and she's 2 in this picture.
