And I dream I'm on vacation 'Cause I like the way that sounds,
It's a perfect occupation for me.
If you want to get VIP Nation front row, I just saw a tweet that it's become available:

Awww, I will be sitting with family. Sure wish I could have afforded front row tickets for all of us! Isaiah is 9 & Cody is 16. I might have gotten some Glenntact!

Think I finally put it in the right place!
Love the caption on the photo: The Eagles now, then the date: 2007.
I know they're probably referring to the lineup but still ...

Thanks for posting that link. I guess in Eagles years, that picture is current. Comparatively speaking, I thought it was a pretty well done for a pre-show writeup. I particulary liked this perspective ...
And I think most of us here are so thankful about that!Such drama is part of the price for keeping a band together for four decades, with the exception of a break-up from 1980-1994. It's the main reason that so few bands last that long.
"That's a long run for any kind of relationship, a marriage, a family, anything," says Robert Thompson, professor of popular culture at Syracuse University. "It's a good run, especially for the kind of relationship that's as volatile and apt to spin out of orbit as people in a band.
"Egos seem to be alternatively charged particles," he added. "They tend to run apart from each other and, of course, nothing will charge egos like being in a successful band with lots of hits. Keeping those forces from exploding is obviously difficult. That's usually what happens, but you look at the Eagles and they are the yeomen workers of rock and roll. They keep going and going and going."
"People don't run out of dreams: People just run out of time ..."

We didn't need a professor to tell us that! Well...maybe this professor.
