Well, I bought them today!!! I've been checking every single day and noticed there were more and more tickets being added, so I snatched them up today. Still not the greatest seats, but anything is better than nothing. Now, I'm getting excited!!! Too bad that I have to wait until November.
Glad you got your tickets ss1234 and I know you'll have a great time.

That's great, Sunshine. Purchasing tickets can be so frustrating. I'm glad you found something you can live with. Now all you have to do is wait, and this is the best place to do that!

And I dream I'm on vacation 'Cause I like the way that sounds,
It's a perfect occupation for me.
Way to go Sunshine!! Now you can relax @ the tickets & let the anticipation for the concert build. Cause no matter where you sit you are going to be seeing the EAGLES!!!!
WOO HOO!!!!
Hi Everybody--This is my first post. I have always been an Eagles fan, but admittedly not as loyal as I know most of you have been. I saw the History of the Eagles documentary and fell in love with their music--especially the Long Road Out of Eden. Now I am dying to see them live, and am thrilled that there are 2014 dates added! Hope to see them in Columbus. I am a fanclub member for another band, and am familiar with ticket buying for their concerts, but have read this whole thread looking for hints for the Eagles.
I don't have an Amex, but am toying with the idea of getting one (quick!). I noticed someone recommended seatgeek. I looked there and there are already tickets listed for this concert, though they have not gone on sale--through TN direct. Does that sound right? Thanks so much for any advice anyone can give.
Oh--Thanks for answering!! This is such an interesting board--great pictures, videos, and concert reviews. Enjoying reading all of your posts.
Wondering whether there is an advantage to buying from a broker as have never done that for any concert.
Glad you like the board!
The advantage of brokers is that you don't have to deal with the crap shoot involved with getting good tickets off of Ticketmaster. If I were you, though, I'd wait until the general sale. Try your luck. If you're not happy with anything you get and you don't want to keep checking back over a period of months, then think about going the broker route.
The band also sells VIP tickets (see this thread) - they're pricey, but at least the money's going to the band and you get some perks along with your good seat.
