I'd seen the first one before, but not the second... Oh my goodness, it's adorable! Don looks so handsome. Love to see him smiling like that.
you better put it all behind you, baby, 'cause life goes on
you keep carrying that anger, it'll eat you up inside--
The little boy looks a lot like Jackson to me. Could it be his son? Pure speculation on my part but he is adorable! Just like Jackson!
Could very well be, HB.
Also, they are drinking, maybe, coffee! Unusual for those days!

And I dream I'm on vacation 'Cause I like the way that sounds,
It's a perfect occupation for me.
Isn't that photo '73 or '74? Wouldn't Jackson's child be younger then the kid pictured.

I think the child could be Randy's. He had a boy and girl (Eric and Heather..twins I'm guessing?) in May 1970. So if this is 1973..looks about right.
If I can't have it all, just a taste will do...
I thought perhaps it could be Randy's child as well. I know that Randy didn't live in L.A. Is it possible that they're at Randy's house? Someplace cold where they are drinking coffee?

It's Bernie Leadon's house in Topanga Canyon.
http://www.rollingstone.com/music/pi...eagles-0528145The Eagles at Bernie Leadon's house circa 1970. "I just discovered this photo and I really like it," says Russell. "I was in America with Glyn Johns and the Eagles, who had just formed at the time and were after Glyn to produce their first album. I remember going to soundcheck with him before one of their shows. They played and I thought they were spectacular. Glyn went, 'Not ready!' But he wound up doing their first album. This was at Bernie's wonderful little house in Topanga Canyon. Nobody was a star yet. They're all wanting it, but they don't have it yet."
I need to double check but I believe I've just read that Bernie sold it to Neil Young. Update: nope, Bernie sold his house to Young in 1968 (according to Barney Hoskyns) so this must be a different one.
