In light of the fact that before the concert and during intermission they've been promoting Cass County, I saw this on Twitter and found it amusing. I get why they have the rule, and I respect it, but this is still ironic that this is the one of Don's songs they're promoting during the show. Only a few minutes after this song plays, the announcement is made to turn off all phones, and to not record or video.

That tweet is kinda funny. I wonder if the irony was lost on the band?

And the final show of this leg of the tour is going on at this moment. I'm still holding out hope that after the first of the year, the band will decide to schedule more shows.

Well, I'm not even totally convinced that they won't be HotE tours. I vividly remember them making similar statements about quitting around 2005 and here they are 10 years later still going strong. As they've said many times, they usually regroup at the beginning of each new year and decide where they go from there.

Almost painfully ironic considering they play that song and then follow it up with "no phones"...
