By '$895' seats, I assume you mean from VIP Nation? You don't get to meet the band, but I will say that VIP Nation sells front row packages for other bands that include backstage passes, where you may meet the band but it's unlikely. However, for the Eagles, it doesn't include backstage passes, and you definitely don't meet the band.
The dinners include a raffle where you can get some free merchandise, that's the only thing I can think of that may be included that's not listed.
For each package type, you don't know what seats you're getting until the night of the event. The ones who get into VIP Nation first are the ones who get the best seats. If you're one of the last ones, you could be in a section other than the middle section, and that's especially true of the front row package.
