That is a topic by what is known as a "spammer." A spammer joins to post links to their sites, which are often porn or ads.

I have taken measures to prevent spammers from posting their links and I delete spammers as soon as I see they have joined. Most of the time they do not bother to make a post once their ability to link has been disabled. Occasionally they do. When that happens, I delete their posts.

Don't worry yourself over them. Myself and my moderators keep an eye out and will take care of them when we see them.

That is your "rank" which tells everyone how often you have posted. when you post more, you get more guitars and different words until your name (as you see, only one guitar is filled in at this point). Ranks change after 100 posts, 500 posts, 1000 posts, and 1500 posts. You cannot change them otherwise.
