    Default Scenes from the Goldmine

Some of you might know that on January 1, 1987, a movie named Scenes from the Goldmine starring Timothy B. Schmit was released. Well, I have never been able to find it so I've never seen it. Then, today, I discovered you can stream it on Netflix and/or [ame="http://www.amazon.com/Scenes-from-the-Goldmine/dp/B00A1OTZTC/ref=sr_1_5_vod_0_pri?ie=UTF8&qid=1357111457&sr=8-5"]Amazon prime[/ame]! I'm going to watch it now - I hope it's good!

Just finished it. Wow, this movie was awful! For those of us watching to see Tim, as Kath notes on TBSO, Tim doesn't get hardly any dialogue even though he's in several scenes. Only watch this is you are mega-hardcore and want to see everything he's done.

Soda, I didn't know you didn't have this. I'm sorry or I would of made sure you had gotten a copy (probably given it to you to copy because I don't know how). Heaven knows, I owe you a few!! Yeah--- pretty bad, isn't it?

If you're going to watch it on Netflix, do so soon! I just saw that this movie will not be available for streaming on Netflix after May 1.

I really want to get a hold of the movie. I lived at the house and passed by some scenes but never knew who was in it.

Good luck getting an official copy. For some reason, it's not even available for streaming anymore.

This should lead you to a playlist of the movie. Unfortunately it's broken up in parts but this playlist should make it somewhat seamless to watch:

I am having fun (and spending too much time!) going thru old threads and postings here. SS is right, the movie was painful to watch. I had to fast forward to watch Timothy's guitar playing scenes. I thought it was cool that Bruce Springsteen's sister was also in the movie.
