Don Henley from what I remember of the documentary.
------------------------
This is quite tricky and refers back to one line in the documentary - this Eagle is the only one of the original four who had ever travelled outside of America pre-Eagles.
That would be Bernie.

This Eagle's very first rock and roll song he bought was Elvis Presley's Hound Dog.
That would be Timothy
Jimmy Page bought a guitar from this Eagle
Joe wasn't it?

This Eagle played organ on the studio version of The Long Run
Oh I didn't know that. I thought it was only Don because I heard that in interviews too and of course the documentary. I guess I should said the HOTE documentary since it was two answers, but I was going for Don as the answer.
You can see I don't know that much about Timothy's background.
That is true BF - I specifically remember Tim stating that Hound Dog was the first record that he ever bought. However, I can't remember the specific interview.
Don F. played the organ on The Long Run album.

This Eagle sang back-up in Bob Seger's Against the Wind.
