Yeah - this is very interesting. However, please don't anyone introduce the concept of deadlines to our guys. That might throw this teamwork thing all out of whack!

I may have to try this approach at my work! Cool to have a transcript of the F1 interviews. I've watched it umpteen times but still miss some of the gems.
