AG, speaking of the name "Frye," I think about Glenn every time I wear Frye boots. I own several pairs - they're very comfortable - not to mention the company has a long history.

Not only that, but Glenn's full name is Glenn Lewis Frey.I'm reading James Patterson's book Unlucky 13. In it, there's a lawyer named Louis Frye. I'm wanting to change the spelling, and I'm picturing Glenn!. Lol

I could just as well ask if George R.R. Martin is an Eagles fan because of House Frey in the Song of Ice & Fire books, but there it is pronounced 'Fray' and they are not nice people. Earlier at Walmart, in the parking lot, there was a crow on the light pole, and it starting crowing. The song Somebody instantly started playing in my head.

A friend sent me 5 vinyl records as a birthday gift. One of them is Foghat's Fool for the City album, which has the song Slow Ride on it. The chorus of the song is "Slow ride, take it easy"(it's repeated about a dozen times in the song). Guess what song popped into my head?
