Today I went to U-Haul to get yet more boxes. The guy who helped us had light brown / dark hazel eyes. Lion eyes. Lyin' eyes. You see where I'm going with this.

That's quite a stretch, VA, and I love it.

I went to a little book store in Brenham and one of the books there was called "Ticket to the Limit" by Randy Cohen, the CEO of TicketCity. I had to laugh, pretty bold steal. It is a motivational type book with also an insight into the ticket business. Since it was clearanced for $5.99 I bought it. If I learn any tips or secrets to ticket buying, I will share. I do like his "Ten Ways to be a Rock Star".

I thought it was "there's a warm wind blowing the stars around" - so funny how we all hear things differently!

I love Gaslight as well! We had tickets to the show last night with The Hold Steady, but something unexpected came up. But I have seen them quite a few times over the last 5 years. They put on an excellent show and Brian Fallon is a great singer. They are coming back to the area in September and I hope to see them then.

I have say though, I never made the "old '55" lyric connection to the Eagles, T&H! But I love that song, Old White Lincoln
