Got into work yesterday morning (06thNov NZ time) and amongst all the boring work emails was one from my husband titled "Happy Glenn Frey's Birthday".

That's so sweet!!!

Watching the local weather during lunch the weatherman mentioned the nor'easter getting ready to hit the east coast and commented that he felt sorry for everyone out there and it was like the Don Henley song "kick 'em when they're up, kick 'em when they down, kick 'em all around".

Watching ESPN's Around the Horn on mute due a phone call. Yesterday's 49ers and Rams game ended in a tie, and I guess they were discussing that on the show, but the screen says 'THOUGHTS ON TIE?' I see that and think 'Take It Easy', which of course makes me think of the Eagles.
