LOL that's great!
Out on the road today, I saw a...
Camaro. lol
Of course I immediately thought: "What do you say we pack up that Camaro, honey, and chase the sun until we're free!" - River of Dreams
I guest lectured today about establishing alibis in criminal homicide cases. We were picking apart an actual case that occurred from 6-10pm, and I pointed out that one of the witnesses the class hadn't suggested as a possible suspect had been "all alone at the end of the evening" and spontaneously added "the bright lights had faded to blue." Two students and the professor caught the reference and laughed out loud - blank stares from everyone else. Culture, people!
Last week I passed by a street that I could've swore was called Glenheaven but the closer I got to it it was actually called Glenhaven.

Me too. I love all of the guys but I think being in Donheaven sounds sooo good right about now.

I spent most of yesterday homebound with various Verizon technicians re-doing my FIOS Internet connections to my home (Yea!) (Well, not that it took most of the day, but that I finally am reliably back online...something that has not been the case most of the summer...)
Anyway, no joke, one of the techs at my home was none other than Timmy Schmit! How's that for service? Too bad I didn't realize it till he was gone!

I'm well over halfway through the book No Country For Old Men, and the main character has just checked into Hotel Eagle. I'd like to do the same. Just not under the same circumstances...
