Yes, I was at that taping. It was fabulous! Wow, I can't believe it's been that long since it was filmed. Time flies!
Her Soundstage recorded show was on Palladia the other night - really good.
I just read that Stevie Nicks Mother passed away. She was 84 and died here in Arizona. The article said that Stevie and her brother were with their Mother when she died.
Poor Stevie. She and her mother were very close, and since her father passed away in 2005, it must be especially difficult.
I have met Barbara Nicks once, and she was very gracious and kind. When she happened to be at the same hospital as a sick friend of mine who she had been told was a big Stevie fan, she stopped by and visited with her, giving her Stevie's best wishes for her health. What a lady.
RIP.
That was a very kind gesture by Mrs. Nicks for your friend, Soda. May she R.I.P. My thoughts are with Stevie and the rest of her family at this sad time.

This was on Stevie's site. She was a very generous lady.
Awww, RIP.

Stevie's hitting the road with Rod Stewart again. I must say I'm a bit disappointed. Been there, done that. Pick someone else, Stevie!
She's coming to Nashville, though - which is closer than they came last time (Atlanta). I feel almost obligated to go, lol.

Another bit of Stevie news: she'll be appearing on the television show Up All Night this season. http://insidetv.ew.com/2012/02/23/st...-up-all-night/
