Thank goodness I can listen to music at work! I listen to 'After Hours' there and stop the tension before it starts! I think Glenn's voice was made for these songs, he did a masterful job of picking them for this cd.

That's a WIN/WIN Soda!!
wish I could listen at work...
Then my job wouldn't be so stressful ....
Happy 2nd Birthday to After Hours.
This album has actually grown on me. Half of the songs from the album is played on IHeart Radio and Pandora. I enjoyed the album.
Happy Birthday!
When I can't sleep at night, I put this on. Usually I'll be asleep within a few songs but if not, it's almost a treat to lie there in the dark with no distractions.
My favourite is "Here's to Life". I can't explain why. Least favourite, "Worried Mind" because it's too "country". I also love "Same Girl" - even bad guys can love and there's nothing better than a haunting love song. A few of the songs remind me a little too much of my parent's easy listening days but I still get lost in the vocals.
Happy Birthday to After Hours!
I haven't listened for a while, must do! Wonder when Glenn will think about another album like this?
"They will never forget you 'till somebody new comes along"
1948-2016 Gone but not forgotten
By far my fave is the title track. I'm grateful Glenn put this out, but I greedily want another album that's mostly, if not exclusively, original material.
Still, again, it was so wonderful that we got a new album, and I say HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
Happy Birthday to 'After Hours'. It's an album that I never tire of and play very regularly. Obviously it has been in my car stereo all day today. I love the title track best, followed by 'For Sentimental Reasons', then 'The Shadow of your Smile', but really I love all the tracks. Depends too on the mood I'm in. I often listen to it going to sleep too.
Thank you Glenn for all the joy this cd has brought me
And just reminiscing on my trip to see Glenn 's After Hours show in LA,
'I must be leaving soon... its your world now'
Glenn Frey 1948-2016 RIP
I love it with a passion. I might write more later on.
