Joe show in IL June 30th

I'm VERY ready to see Joe and eat all of the food! But I'm not looking forward to the heat. I don't handle heat well with my medical problems but I'm going to drink lots of fluids and bring a chair that has a umbrella for shade!

I really hope you can go TBF!

OMG!!!! I am so ready!!! Even working tonight so we can leave early as possible Saturday. We've also booked a room @Naperville, fairly close to the park. Don't know my schedule, but sure would be fun to see some Joe maniacs. Here's hoping all goes well for everyone that wants to be there.

Sounds like quite a few Borderers will be at this show. I'm sure Joe won't let you all down. He'll be fantastic!!! Have a blast, everyone!

I have some bad news.

Unfortunately I will not be able to make it to the show tomorrow. With my health and the heat - there is no way I can handle it. I went outside today for a "Trial Run" and I thought I was going to end up in the hospital and that was after 15 minutes. 80 degrees was going to be a stretch enough as it was, but there is just no way I can handle the heat with my medical problems.

This bums me SO unbelievably much as I had REALLY been looking forward to this show for many months but I can't end up in the hospital for a heat stroke. My cortisol deficiency just does not allow me to be out in that hot of weather.

Cathy and Jdubfan and the others going - have a great time! I'm very sad I won't be going.

Seriously bummed out tonight.

Oh man this d...ed heat!! I hate it...I feel so bad you won't be able to go, but wise of you to think of your health first...hope others going are really careful in the heat..
