Yep - I'm gonna take my chances that there will be some shows scheduled a bit closer to me. And assuming I'm lucky, I'm definitely counting on seeing our guys at some point this year.

I think we can count on some shows in the US. There is NO way I can sit on a plane for 12 hours. I can barely stand a 5 or 6 hour flight. I just can't sit still that long! LOL

Dubai is not much of a vacation spot, if you ask me, unless you enjoy shopping in extravagantly priced malls or skiing down indoor slopes with literally tons of fake snow (I kid you not). The most fun I had on my vacation there was when we left Dubai and went over to Sharjah to ride dune buggies in the desert and have a dinner in a recreation of an Arab camp, compete with belly dancers and henna tattoos.

But like I said earlier, Dubai is HIGHLY westernized!

FP, you'll like this - Hard Rock Care Dubai!

Fly there to see the Eagles? Yeah, if it was the last show they did on earth. Otherwise, no thanks!

It is a place I would be interested to see someday but there are other places which rank higher on my list (HRCs or not).

Love those pictures, Soda. Your henna tattoo is quite different from the Eagles one you got in Mrytle Beach at the Hard Rock Park.

I love henna tattoos. No pain, no life-time commitment, but still a bit exotic!

Gosh, it's been quite a while since I thought about our adventures at Hard Rock Park other than the show itself and the surprisingly tame LITFL roller coaster (I prefer roller coasters that are fast and wild and thrill you to your toes). I'd completely forgotten about that Eagle henna tattoo! If I recall correctly, it looked more like a white-winged dove. lol
