I totally agree. I'll embrace and have respect for all cultures, and I'll acknowledge their feasts and festivals so it irritates me when people feel its not PC to refer to this feast as 'Easter' for fear of offending. We tend to refer to rthe days before Easter as Holy Thursday, and Good Friday. It annoyed me intensely last week when I was doing my shopping only to see the opening hours for Easter Thursday and Easter Friday!

I saw one of the Purdue professors Sunday. He told my friend and me "Heppy Holiday." I smiled and replied "Happy Easter!" He made a face. Oh well!
