I like Don's beard, but if you are thinking of 'coming over to the Glenn side' I can assure you it's fun.

Oops, HH... Apologies for putting my foot in it!
The Glenn-side is fun... He is my second favourite and I came pretty darn close in San Jose! But Don will always be my number one.

....and I was tempted by Glenn in Berlin!
from my Berlin show review:
Another highlight for me; at the end of the show Glenn was stood right in front of me when he put both his hands to his lips & blew a kiss to the audience. I caught his eye just as he did that, so I blew him a kiss back & curtseyed as I did so. Glenn gave me such a lovely smile & laughed about it.
As you all know, my heart belongs wholly & devotedly to Will Hollis, and always will, but when Glenn is in flirting mood, oh boy, could he lead a girl astray!!!!!!!!
No apology necessary. My meaning was lighthearted.
He was sick for a long time and we were relieved he wasn't in anymore pain when he finally "left the planet".
I love a good death joke -- not everyone does, though. No worries.
Still -- that goatee's gotta go or I'll have to think of a new name to replace Henley Honey. Glenn's girl? Glenndorable? I'll give it some thought.
Cool - I'm glad it didn't upset you.
Steph, you are so right. When Glenn is in flirtatious mode, everyone else fades into the background!

Well Troub and I have such like minds on many things, but Don's beard is where we have a parting of the ways. I loved him with a beard back in the 70's, and I even like him with stubble in recent years, but the full gray beard is definitely not my cup of tea. I agree that it makes him look old - kinda reminds me of Colonel Sanders of KFC fame and he just isn't very hot, IMO.
Now many of you already may know that once Hotel Calfornia was released I always loved Glenn and Don equally up until 2005. I still love Don a lot (and I love Joe and Timothy too), but it was at the Oakland Arena in 2005 when a flirtatious Glenn Frey captivated me and earned a special place permanently in my heart.

LOL Colonel Sanders. That's a good one!
Sorry, but there are very few men on who (whom?) I think any kind of facial hair looks good. I don't care for facial hair on any of our guys.
