I was trying to hold out til I got the album to listen to any of the new songs but I gave in and went listen to Analog Man and Lucky That Way on Joe's website. Now I'm even more excited for this album!

Nice! Got it going on iTunes right now. Yay, Joe!
Also Lucky That Way has been released on iTunes as a single and naturally, I snapped that one right up!
June 5th cannot get here soon enough, so I can hear the full songs as opposed to snippets.
I don't remember being this excited for anyone's solo album in a very long time.

You can't change the world but you can change yourself.
First, how retro is interviewer Andy Greene - referring to new releases as "LP's"?
I never realized that the reason he didn't put out a new album was to protect his sobriety. That's a pretty darn good reason.
I can't believe it's been over three years since he married Marjorie. Kudos to her for all she has done for Joe.
That chronological Eagles show with video makes me breathless just thinking about it. As much as I enjoyed Atlanta, as I sat there watching them do the same-old-same-old, I thought "Maybe I've seen this set enough times and it's time to put the Eagles concert money into my Fleetwood Mac fund" (Stevie and Lindsey are both touring but I had not planned to travel beyond a six-hour radius for them; no flights). Now that money is going back into my future-Eagles-show fund, lol.
You know, armchair psychologist that I am, I always thought Joe was hiding behind his humor at times. He is being so real now, admitting to this and letting us see his vulnerable side. I have so much respect for this guy. Joe is DA MAN.Originally Posted by Joe Walsh in Rolling Stone
