Eagles Song Survivor: The Long Run

First I want to say, I don't feel there's a bad song on this album (I hear you groaning). This is one of those rare albums, for me anyways, that I don't skip a song on, NONE of them. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this album so this is going to be a hard survivor game for me.

You guys are killing me with all the Disco Strangler hate!!

My first vote goes to Teenage Jail.

I'm with you here, Willie ... well sorta. I do like all the songs on the album. However, it's definitely not my favorite Eagles album. It's funny, but I guess it just shows what a hardcore fan I am. When I rate this album along side the band's other work, it is one of my least favorites. HOWEVER, I still think it's terrific! The problem with the album for me is that it is uneven - it has some of the band's best work and some of their weakest. But for me even the weakest Eagles song is still good.

As usual, I'm withholding my vote for now.

I remember driving home one night from work and randomly, the radio was playing Disco Strangler. It surprised me, because it's not something you would expect to hear on a regular FM station. I gained a little appreciation for the song that day.

I guess I'm in the minority in this first round. My vote goes to The Greeks Don't Want No Freaks. Not a terrible song, imo, just not really my cup of tea.
