Now FP, don't be having any thoughts of jumping up on stage and dancing with Glenn. That's a good way to get you thrown out! However, it might be worth it...

And I dream I'm on vacation 'Cause I like the way that sounds,
It's a perfect occupation for me.
Just wanted to say I couldn't believe the fanatic response to the Don Henley introduction. I swear I thought the clapping, standing o's and howling went on for a good 5 minutes. It made me a little "ferklempt". I believe Henley was a little taken aback. Finally Glenn came up to the mic and said "okay, okay" kinda let's move on thing. But in a joking way.
There's always that one trollop on the front row with her twins hanging out and hair all a kimbo trying to get the guys attention.
She was in front of Joe. Maybe that's why he DIDN'T take off his jacket in Dallas. lol
Gotta tell ya - this was the best concert vacation ever. Seats were great for Big D and Houston. The band was on fire both nights. And they played two wonderful surprise songs - BOML and ASWTDIS. Three encores.
They can't take a hiatus now...I'm just getting my mojo on!
Maid
PM, you are so filthy! Each day, you get a little dirtier! (i love it!)
Yes, the twin hanging out cracked me up too. I guess, if you are going to be in the front row and need some lovin', I can see why you might want to display your goods!
Sounds like you had a fabulous time Ms! And I'm glad the guys were in such good moods for you. They were like that in St. Louis, too.

When the Dallas show was first announced I thought about going, but ruled it out as being 'too expensive to fly to the US just for the one show'. Then when the Houston show was announced I thought about it again, and I tried to convince myslef I shouldn't go as I'd been over to LA & Las Vegas only a few weeks back in April.
The problem was this little voice in my head just wouldn't be quiet - it kept saying 'you should go to Dallas & Houston; the tour's nearly over; it's probably your last chance to see the Eagles; how will you feel if you don't go?'
I was convinced. I had to go!
I arrived in Dallas on Friday evening. My hotel was opposite the American Airlines Center. Got up late on Saturday as I was tired from my early start the previous day & from flying & the time change.
The show was excellent. The Eagles seemed to be in a good mood, Glenn & Joe did some dancing around on some songs.
It was great to hear 'Best of my Love'. It sounded superb & went down well with audience.
Pleased that they did ASWTDID too.
Their voices sounded fine to me.
Will was lovely.
The audience was quite enthusiastic; my seat was in block 120, side seat on Timothy's side. We stood up for some of the songs.
After the show(which as usual was over too quickly) I walked back to my hotel, chatting to some people who were going over to the bar there. Went for a drink in the hotel bar & got talking to a few other people who'd been to the show. Stayed chatting until about 2.15am then I decided I must go to bed as I had to get up early the next day to get my flight to Houston.
Enjoyed myself very much in Dallas, thanks to a great show & friendly Eagles fans.

p.s. My Houston show photos are better as I had a floor seat, row 7.
Will post them soon.
Fabulous Steph - did you go by yourself? I don't think i'd have the courage to do that. Where are you in England? if i'd known you were going I just might have gone with you!

There is no more new frontier - we have got to make it here
Thanks, Steph! Those were great!!! Glad you got to go to 2 more shows.
