Molly, I'm so sorry, but we just had to do it.

The majority of hubby's family is from Missou...so I guess if someone had to beat us -I can live with it. Congratulations! The second half was certainly exciting!!!

We were really into the game as a family (besides Peter going to MU -hubby is an alum). Peter watched the game at the student annex with his fraternity brothers.

I was glad to see Dominic James get a chance to play even though his broken foot obviously hampered his abilities quite a bit. Peter has met him thru friends and has hung out with him and says he's a great guy. I cringed every time they showed him on the sidelines chewing on his towel! Eeeewwww...just thinking about it makes my teeth hurt!

Ooh Brooke!!! We are definitely rivals within the Big XII but with the exception of the Texas Longhorns, i'll root for other teams in the Big XII conference. Good luck to Mizzou and congrats on winning the conference championship. Wish I would've had more time to check out their campus while i was there but we didn't get the chance to.

My Oklahoma Sooners (the guys) have made it to the Sweet 16. And the girls team has advanced to the next round as well. I'm not allowed to watch the games anymore because as I mentioned before, 3 of the 4 OU guys bb games i've watched, they lost. My friends and family have cut me off. But still that won't stop me from yelling out BOOMER SOONER!!!!!

The Brit sensations — aged 23 and 14 — landed the British Grand Prix and girls’ singles title at Wimbledon. They lifted the gloom of the credit crunch and a string of sporting flops, giving the nation a massive boost. And last night thrilled Lewis said: “It’s been a great weekend for British sport — let’s hope it continues.”
The hero McLaren driver stormed home at Silverstone yesterday, finishing an amazing 68.5 seconds ahead of BMW Sauber rival Nick Heidfeld.

WOOO HOOO!!!! The Sooners just beat Syracuse and are on their way to the Elite 8. Brooke, Congrats to Mizzou for advancing as well. Now we just need Kansas to move on too. Of course I want my Oklahoma Sooners to win it all but I would be happy if Mizzou or Kansas won. Just as long as it's a Big XII team. GO SOONERS!!!!!

The only team advancing from the Big 10 is Michigan State, so I will be rooting for them!

My OU guys team lost to North Carolina yesterday but the girls won and are on their way to the Elite 8. Good luck to the Sooner women's basketball team.
