Welcome, Lynn and Vicky! Glad to have you both here! I love all the guys; Glenn is my fave, but they all rock. They are greater together than apart, IMHO. Long live the Eagles!

    Hey LWKUA and Vicky,
Welcome to The Border. The absolute best place on the net to be if you're an Eagles fan. (And really.. who isnt? well uninformed people and people who's taste is all in their mouths.. there's no accounting for some..)
Im a Joe girl~ always have been, always will be *G* but I do appreciate the HS&G-ness of all our boys. SOMEday I hope to actualy SEE them (well on this tour.. I did see them on the F1 tour way back when)
Anyway, welcome and I look forward to seeing what you have to say!!

Hi Lynn and Vicki and welcome! I had the pleasure of seeing our boys in Chicago last Sept., and am planning to see them again next month in Indy. Besides being a great site to learn about the band and look at great photos, I have learned here the invaluable lesson of patience when shopping for concert tickets. We'll see if it pays off in Indy!

Thanks EagleLady, DonFan, GlennLover, Glennhoney, and Prettymaid!!

Prettymaid - Yes, I agree, I too am glad this forum exists, as this is a very interesting and comprehensive site with so much being discussed and so many great resources. (Plus it's so nice to be among kindred spirits.)

I was at the Chicago shows last September too. I thought they were both really great, very high energy shows. On both nights there was such great feedback between the crowd and band; the crowd seemed so into the performance, and the band seemed to really be 'feeding' on all of the great energy being shared. Those were two of the best I've ever seen.

& you know, it's funny, I'm normally a very calm and patient person but I have never yet been able to be very patient when it comes to getting tickets. I'm always telling myself to try to wait (as I have seen great seats be released right before a show many many times) however I've never yet been able to be that patient unfortunately.

I'm planning on definitely going to the Chicago (Hoffman Estates) and KC shows next month and maybe also to the Indy or Detroit show.

Good luck with getting a great seat for Indy!!!
