After much thought and deliberation I'd have to pick Take It Easy. My first thought was Peaceful, Easy Feelin' with the original lyrics.

But now I think I'd rather be the girl in the flat bed Ford slowin' down to take a look at Glenn. I'd be a friend of his, never say maybe, and he would climb on in and I'd never let him down, and we'd drive on to Winslow, Arizona and watch sunrises till eternity.
