Didn't know that we had this topic on here, but I feel compelled to post this pic because even tho I am not a fan, I was totally impressed with this performance at the CMAs. How cool do they look in this picture?

I gotta say - I'm not a real country music fan myself, so I really hadn't even bothered to listen to any of Keith's music. Then, I read this thread and was interested in what all the excitement was over, so EasyFeeling sent me some of Keith CD's and a DVD. And now, Keith has won me over. After I got EF's goody bag, I even bought his Greatest Hits CD. One of my nieces is a big fan, so whenever she is in the car with me, my CD player gets a rare break from Eagles music, and we listen to that CD. He is an awesome entertainer, and his music is as much rock as it is country. Hmmm - sounds familiar, huh!

Yeah, I'm back Brooke, I LOOOOOOOOOOOOVE the DVD !!! What do you think about the outtakes? The scene when he's sitting on the box hilarious. Meanwhile I have 3 copies, but one is for a friend and one for my mom as a Christmas gift. My aunt sent me 2 copies because the release date here in Germany was a few weeks later. But I couldn't wait anymore and asked her to get it for me.

I love Start A Band, such a great song and the performance at the CMA's was fantastic. And the new song Sweet Thing I heard rumors he comes back to Germany next year. Hopefully it's true. Eagles and Keith in 2009, couldn't get any better

Dreamer, I remember that I'm not a big fan of country music but sometimes I wish he would go back to his earlier music, just a little bit. I love the mix of both, rock and country.
