OK, WF, why does Joe keep bending over and messing with ?????
He does that in both videos. Bad equipment or ?????
To change his EQ probably. Both songs are totally different. Pedals and such have to be tuned into to the type of guitar. In RMW he used a humbucker guitar and in Funk he used a single coil. He does that probably cuz he doesnt have his tech there like he would at an Eagles show to do it for him. It's not bad equipment at all, in fact that's some of the best tone I've heard from him in a long time, especially on Funk #49. It's just adjustment to dial in the sound to fit the part. He probably wants rhythm cleaner and the solo he needs it to get dirty.
I don't think there's any shots of the pedals, but I'm guessing for a one-off gig he keeps it simple, relatively speaking....but there's one thing for sure, I luv the fuzz bet it sounded killer live.
And I like watching Joe's hair float around when he bends over....makes me feel like a silly school girll

There is no more new frontier - we have got to make it here
Ditto - Sure wish I could've been at that festival. Looks like Joe rocked it!
