What I'd really love to see in an Eagles biography would be a relation of events HFO and beyond. We know next to nothing about them post-70s because all these books want to write about are their hedonistic escapades.

Which of us here wouldn't absolutely go crazy for that book? I only wish!!!!

It occurred to me that if I had been asked this in 1994 before the Eagles reformed, I would have included REM and Oasis on my list. While I still like the albums I have by both bands in my opinion neither of them ever lived up to their promise (fans of Automatic For The People will probably disagree with me but I thought REM started to decline after Out Of Time).
