There is a clip in HOTE where they are in the studio that looks like the ICTYW vid but they are talking and it's just DH and another guy and then the band. AFAIK, that's the only place you can see it.

Dailymotion has lots of Eagles vids, it doesn't get policed like YouTube does.

Between 1986 and 1987, Timothy appeared on three episodes of the sitcom “Throb.” The episodes on YouTube are dubbed in German. I’m sorry, I couldn’t find the original English-spoken version on the Internet. Well, at least the musical performances aren’t dubbed.

In 1986, he appeared on an episode in a very small role as a character named Rex. He appears from 0:40 to 3:40.

In 1987, Timothy appeared as a musical guest on two episodes.

In the first episode, he performs a part of “I Can’t Tell You Why.” He appears at about 15:35 but starts performing at about 18:25.

Timothy’s musical performances in this show are amazing! He’s such a great and versatile singer! He can sing ballads beautifully, but he can also sing rock songs very well. I think that he’s been far too underused as a lead singer in the Eagles. He deserved to sing more songs.
