It IS hard to tell, but I'm pretty sure it is overdubbed - at the :30 second mark you'll see Tim singing "rose of cimarron" as background, but you don't hear his voice. Also, during his "grand finale" , you can hear his own voice singing background harmony as well...so, my vote is it's not live. It sounds the same as the Top of the Pops/phallic stage prop version. My 11-year-old son and I have been walking around with this song stuck in our heads for a week. It is a serious earworm.

This video is new to me, but you all have probably seen it! This is the clearest Timothy-era Poco footage I have seen, even though I don't think they're even plugged in and are definitely lip syncing...I don't even care, TBS looks so fine!!
