I heard Stevie Nicks singing a Christmas song the other day, while out shopping. Of course I thought of Soda immediately! Now I can't remember the name of the song, but it was lovely!

It must have been Silent Night, unless it was Santa Claus is Comin' to Town which she performed with Chris Isaak at the 2006 Chicago Soundstage. I am always honored to be associated in anyone's mind with Stevie Nicks!
Soda-it was Silent Night, and such a beautiful rendition of this lovely song!
This morning the Today Show showed a segment about Sydney, Australia's New Year's celebration. It was 8 am here and midnight there. Of course I thought of Julie (Freypower)!

I'm glad you thought of me but we were safe at home. We wouldn't dream of trying to mix with over a million people.
Yeah, I understand! It's about like the Times Square celebration in NYC I imagine! I wouldn't even think of going to something like that! Just the mentioning of Sydney, Australia made me think of you, Julie.

Brooke, going to Times Square for the New Year's celebration is on hubby's "Bucket List", so I may have to brave the crowds one of these years and go!
Listening to Vegas by Two Tons of Steel reminded me of MikeA...
"she looked at me with the cutest grin and asked me had I ever been to Vegas? I said no, i'm not the gamblin' type but i've seen that movie 16 times with Elvis"

There is no more new frontier - we have got to make it here
I was up in the shopping centre on Friday last and passing 'The Perfume Shop' I saw in the display a 'Toy Story 3' set of perfume and bath gel. Of course it reminded me of our own Troubadour! Who I know has a weak spot for 'Toy Story'
