When the band toured Australia in 2004 Joe stopped off in New Zealand to preach the benefits of being a teetotaller. He visited a native (Maori) tribe and from what I remember, the other man is one of the tribal elders. The touching foreheads/noses thing is a traditional Maori greeting.

So the caption might be
