Well you are doing your best Peek and it'll get better as you go on. Now here's an idea I have heard of. Its hardest to quit the cigarettes that you have incorporated as part of breaks etc because they tend to form a comfortable part of your daily or work routine. So as well as quitting the ciggie, try to change what you would normally do on such a break. Ie don't sit thinking 'I'd love a cigarette now.....' or 'I used to smoke at this time before I gave them up' Find a different distraction, such as taking a 10 minute stroll or if you want to rest, treat yourself to a good magazine or a book. As soon as you stop associating breaktime with cigarettes the craving for one will stop too. Just an idea. Good luck with your continued success.
Another thing that people do is they put the money they save through NOT buying cigarettes into a fund and treat themselves to something nice as a motivational reward...... I'm sure the Eagles or Don will play near you again soon.....and wouldn't those hot seats be nice ?
