Wow - that's too bad ladies. Is it any better if you go directly to YouTube and watch them? I have problems occasionally, but it is usually because I need to reboot my pc. After I do that, I'm usually okay.

Try pressing "play," then immediately hit the "pause" button, letting the light red bar run to the end. After it's reached the end, hit "Play" again. This often works because the file has been put into your temporary cache.
