Happy 39th Birthday to Life IN the Fast Lane.
Happy Birthday to "Life in the Fast Lane"!!! Always loved this song and it's on my "Bonnie & Clyde" playlist as I've always been fascinated with their story and this song always reminded me of it, or like a modern day version.
And belated for "Take it Easy" which was the beginning for them and the first song I remember hearing of theirs when I was very little.

Happy 39th anniversary to my second favorite Eagles song, Life in the Fast Lane!

Happy 31st Birthday to The Confessor single. This is my favorite song by Joe. Its like 3 or 4 songs going on at once. LOL Great playing by Joe in this song.
4 years ago today, the guys became Dr. Eagles. LOL
Also 26 years ago, Don, Timothy, and Glenn sang together for the first time since 1980 at Don's Walden Woods benefit.
Happy 41st Birthday to the single, One Of These Nights. I always find it fascinated on how Don plays the drums on this song. He uses the hi-hats cymbals a lot of on this song. I don't know he does it.
Happy 41st to "One of These Nights"!!! Love that song. I too was fascinated how Don could play the drums and sing during this especially. For myself it was always hard to play an instrument and sing at the same time as I tend to focus more on one or the other separately, so I'm always amazed at people's talent.

I think today is the 22nd Anniversary of the guys very first concert together in 14 years at Irvine Meadows Amphitheatre in Irvine, CA. Thank goodness they did get back together.
I saw at the bottom yesterday that it was 46th Anniversary of Don moving to California. Thank goodness he did. Fate brought him and Glenn together. Everything had to come together. Kenny Rogers calling at the right time to tell them they can come to California and Don and Glenn being on the same label. Plus seeing themselves a lot at the Troubador. We know the rest is history.
Also it was the 18th Anniversary of the guys playing Tiger Jam I.
